rib-peeling and thread rolling machine

Our rebar rib-peeling and thread rolling machine is mainly used to roll thread on rebar ends for architecture projects. It is the key equipment to realize rebar parallel thread splicing. It can process grades HRB335 and HRB400 ribbed rebars with diameter 16mm-40mm. 

This machine consists of frame, clamp, guide rail, gear reducer and motor with best quality, rib-peeling device, thread rolling head, feeding mechanism, automatic opening-closing mechanism, travel limit device, cooling mechanism, control box of electric apparatus and controlling system etc.

The machine is compact in structure, stable in operation, and of automatic opening-closing mechanism for rib stripping device, need only 30 seconds to finish a threaded end.

Adopts thread cold rolling technology. No cutting of rebar parent metal, the strength of threaded end is higher than its parent metal.

Simple operation, need no technicians, the threaded end could be produced in advance without influencing the construction period. Economic, low investment for the equipment.
